Tame Impala hit Place Bell in Montreal on Thursday. The Australian psychedelic rock outfit led by Kevin Parker performed “On Track” for the first time in front of an in-person audience.

Tame Impala is currently on tour around the 2020 album, The Slow Rush. The group naturally went heavy on material from the LP in Montreal including opener “One More Year” as well as “Borderline,” “Breathe Deeper” and more. Kevin Parker and company unveiled “On Track” in the sixth slot of the set. While Parker and the band delivered the song at Australia’s ARIA Awards, the performance took place in November 2020 without an audience.

The set also included favorites like “Elephant” and “Feels Like We Only Go Backwards” from Tame Impala’s 2012 LP Lonerisim as well as cuts like “Let It Happen” and “Eventually” from the 2015 album Currents. Following “Runway, Houses, City, Clouds,” off Tame Impala’s 2010 debut album Innerspeaker, the band closed out the set with Currents’ “New Person, Same Old Mistakes.” Parker and the band returned to encore with “The Less I Know The Better” followed by The Slow Rush’s “One More Hour.”
