By Scott Bernstein Mar 16, 2020 • 7:49 am PDT

Organizers announced the cancellation of this weekend’s Suwannee Spring Reunion 2020. The music festival was to be held at the Spirit Of The Suwannee Music Park in Live Oak, Florida March 19 – 22.
Donna the Buffalo, Sierra Hull, Ghost Light and Darrell Scott were among the acts supposed to perform at this weekend’s festival. Tickets will be automatically rolled over to next year’s event unless ticketholders fill out a form if they would prefer tickets to be transferred to Suwannee Roots Revival 2020.

Read a statement from the festival’s director below:
We have been actively monitoring the updated recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and of State of Florida officials. Recently, the CDC issued Florida-specific recommendations to “cancel large gatherings (over 250 people).” The CDC also recommended cancelling smaller gatherings that bring people together from multiple parts of the United States.
Based upon this guidance, we feel that it is prudent to cancel the Festival. We did not reach this conclusion lightly and while we are disappointed, we will get through this situation. We take the health, safety, and welfare of our guests and our community very seriously and we look forward to gathering again soon by the banks of the Suwannee River to share music and friendship.
All ticket holders that have yet to fill out the current rollover request form will automatically be rolled over to Suwannee Spring Reunion 2021. If you would prefer your tickets to be transferred to Suwannee Roots Revival 2020, please fill out the following form by April 1, 2020:
Request to move Spring 2020 Tickets to Roots 2020
If you have upgraded camping or cabins, they will be rolled over as well, but you can contact the Park during their regular hours at 386-364-1683 to make other arrangements.
Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park will remain open even though the event is cancelled. We look forward to seeing you there again soon.
In Harmony,
Beth Judy
