The Strokes Announce New EP & Share ‘OBLIVIUS’ Single

New York City rockers The Strokes have announced the upcoming release of a new 3-song EP titled Future Present Past. Frontman Julian Casablancas revealed the news of the EP, which is due June 3, on his SiriusXM radio show this morning and premiered its first track. “OBLIVIUS” can be heard here.
Future Present Past includes original tunes “Drag Queen,” “OBLIVIUS” and “Threat of Joy” as well as a remix of “OBLIVIUS” by The Strokes’ Fab Moretti. The band will play Port Chester, New York’s Capitol Theatre on May 31 ahead of a headlining slot at next weekend’s Governor’s Ball in New York City. The new EP is currently available for pre-order here.
