Head here for JamBase’s Livestreams Calendar.

The String Cheese Incident will launch the Friday Night Cheese series of free live archival broadcasts tonight, Friday, March 20 at 8 p.m. ET via YouTube, Facebook and nugs.tv. Up first is the band’s December 28, 2018 performance at the 1st Bank Center in Broomfield, Colorado.

SCI’s December 28, 2018 show marked the start of the group’s 25th anniversary celebration and their New Year’s Run. The sextet was joined by special guests Sam Bush and Darol Anger at various points of the evening. Cheese’s second set was a “palindrome” affair in which they played “Close Your Eyes” into “Black Clouds” into “Jellyfish” into “Round The Wheel” into “Texas” into “Land’s End” before reprising each song in reverse order. Bush and Anger then augmented The String Cheese Incident on an encore of “Rivertrance” and “Reach.”
