Solid Sound Festival: 2013 Dates, Early Bird Tickets

SOLID SOUND FESTIVAL RETURNS TO MASS MOCA,
TWO NIGHTS OF WILCO PLUS MUSIC, COMEDY, ART & MORE

The Solid Sound Festival, brainchild of Chicago-based musical innovators Wilco, returns to the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art (MASS MoCA) in North Adams, MA on June 21-23. Tickets are on sale now at the newly-designed and re-launched solidsoundfestival.com. A limited number of Early Worm tickets for the 3-day event featuring two headlining Wilco concerts (one on Friday night, one on Saturday night), a comedy cabaret featuring comedians chosen by returning guest John Hodgman, world-class art and much more are being offered at $99.00. 3-day festival tickets for children aged 7-10 are also on sale now for $50.00. Children 6 and under are admitted free.

In addition to ticketing, solidsoundfestival.com features useful information about area lodging and the expanded official festival campground, Solid Ground. Tickets for direct Peter Pan bus transportation to and from the festival from New York City and Boston can also be purchased now through the festival’s website.

Additional musical performers, comedians and entertainment will be announced in January. A limited quantity of single-day tickets will also be made available in early 2013.
