Sleater-Kinney Rolls Through ‘Little Rope’ Standouts & More For KCRW
See Corin Tucker and Carrie Brownstein lead the band on “Say It Like You Mean It” among other songs.

Sleater-Kinney offered a Live From HQ session for Los Angeles-area public radio station KCRW. The rockers led by Carrie Brownstein and Corin Tucker performed songs from their latest album Little Rope and more.
Little Rope arrived on January 19 via Loma Vista Recordings. The band has made a few appearances for radio stations since then offering sets for NPR Music’s Tiny Desk Concert and Seattle’s KEXP.

Tucker and Brownstein along with Sleater-Kinney touring members Angie Boylan, Toko Yasuda and Teeny Lieberson kicked off their KCRW session with Little Rope’s “Say It Like You Mean It” followed by the album’s “Hunt You Down.”
The rockers then delivered the title track to their 2000 LP, All Hands on the Bad One. Sleater-Kinney returned to Little Rope with deep cut “Don’t Feel Right” before wrapping the session with Little Rope closer “Untidy Creature.”
