Shovels & Rope Announce Something Is Working Above My Head Spring Tour 2025
The duo will hit the road in February and March for an extensive Southern U.S. run.

Shovels & Rope confirmed details of their Something Is Working Above My Head 2025 Spring Tour. The husband-and-wife duo of Michael Trent and Cary Ann Hearst will focus on markets across the Southern United States during the 18-show run.
The tour in continued support of Shovels & Rope’s new album, Something Is Working Up Above My Head, begins in Memphis on February 14. The pair then heads to Arkansas for shows in Little Rock on February 15 and Fayetteville on February 16. Next comes a concert in Oklahoma City on February 18.

A Texas run follows featuring performances in Dallas on February 20, Houston on February 21 and two nights in Austin on February 22 and 23. The duo then plays New Orleans on February 25. Shovels & Rope head on to Birmingham (Alabama) on February 26 before ending February in Nashville on the February 28.
Atlanta hosts the band on March 1 with a concert following in Macon (Georgia) on March 2. The tour then rolls through Florida starting in Jacksonville on March 4. Additional Sunshine State shows come in Fort Lauderdale on March 6, Tampa on March 7 and Orlando on March 8.
