Randall Kline, the Executive Artistic Director of SFJAZZ, the leading non-profit jazz organization on the West Coast, has announced the complete artist lineup for the 29th Annual San Francisco Jazz Festival, beginning on September 15 with Cape Verdean vocalist Carmen Souza and culminating with Aaron Neville‘s “Soulful Christmas” on December 18.
