This Saturday the Seattle Seahawks take on the New Orleans Saints in the divisional round of the NFL Playoffs. There’s much at stake in the matchup including civic pride as displayed by the mayors of Seattle and New Orleans, who have wagered local delicacies. Seattle’s mayor, Ed Murray, also provided a music recommendation for New Orleans mayor Mitch Landrieu -Phish’s “Wilson.”

As you may recall, Phish’s “Wilson” is blasted over the PA at Seattle’s home games as fans chant for Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson. Of course, some feel Phish played a joke on the Seahawks and their fans.
NFL Films put together a feature on the Seahawks/Phish connection: Part One / Part Two
