What has grown to be one the nation’s most diverse and largest festivals, Bonnaroo is currently raging in Manchester, Tennessee. Founded in 2002, the annual festival has seen its share stellar performances from musicians from around the globe and nearly every genre. Today’s Spotify Playlist –Live At Bonnaroo -features 25 tracks recorded live by a diverse lineup of acts at Bonnaroo over the past 13 years.

The playlist relies heavily on the Bonnaroo 2004 compilation that was officially released and showcasing two discs worth of live performances including Bob Dylan, David Byrne, Gov’t Mule, Primus, Ween, The String Cheese Incident, Steve Winwood, moe. and Gomez. Another go-to source for the Live At Bonnaroo playlist is the Spotify Sessions series of specially recorded sets taped on The Farm by the streaming service. Among the Spotify Sessions (some of which were featured in a previous Saturday Stream playlist) included in today’s playlist are Umphrey’s McGee, Jim James, Jonathan Wilson, Vampire Weekend, Drive-By Truckers and more. Warren Haynes pulls double duty appearing with Gov’t Mule, as well as with his solo cover of the Grateful Dead’s “Stella Blue.”
The playlist begins with the festival’s theme song, “Bonnaroo (Feel The Magic),” performed by Preservation Hall Jazz Band and The Del McCoury Band and all told it’s over two and a half hours of live sets from Bonnaroo for your listening pleasure…
