Yesterday’s episode of A Prairie Home Companion featured a performance by singer-songwriter Ryan Adams. The appearance at Pasadena Civic Auditorium in Pasadena, California included a collaboration country musician Kacey Musgraves.

Host Chris Thile first welcomed Musgraves to the stage to perform her original “Family Is Family” and a brand new song “Butterflies.” Adams later emerged to perform “To Be Without You” with the help of Thile and his just shared single “Doomsday” – both of which are slated to appear on Adams’ upcoming Prisoner LP. Adams also teamed with Thile for “Ashes And Fire” and they were joined by Musgraves for “I Love You And I Don’t Know What To Say” which was dedicated to yesterday’s Women’s March participants.
