As reported, singer-songwriter Ryan Adams will make his The Late Show With Stephen Colbert debut on the CBS late night program this Monday, July 25. It has recently been revealed Ryan will be joined by vocalist Nicki Bluhm and jamgrass act The Infamous Stringdusters. While Adams is no stranger to the Ed Sullivan Theater, where the show is taped, as he made multiple appearances during David Letterman’s term as host of The Late Show and performed a Live On Letterman set, this will be his first visit to the program since Colbert took over.

This weekend Adams, the ‘Dusters and Nicki play their second-ever set together at the Newport Folk Festival following a June performance at Telluride Bluegrass. Ryan will be in the area for a gig at The Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, New York on July 24. We look forward to seeing what the ensemble has in store both for Saturday’s set in Newport and their visit to Colbert.
