Ryan Adams & M. Ward Join Jenny Lewis In Los Angeles

Last night Jenny Lewis and The Watson Twins concluded a three-night stand at The Cathedral Sanctuary at Immanuel Presbyterian Church in Los Angeles. The two acts collaborated on an album together in 2006 and last night they were joined by opening act M. Ward at various points during the show, as well as Ryan Adams for the evening’s finale.

As with the previous two concerts, last night’s show began with a complete performance of Lewis and The Watson Twins’ LP Rabbit Fur Coat including a cover of “Handle With Care” by Traveling Wilburys that featured Ward helping out on guitar and vocals. The second half of the show showcased selections from Lewis’ previous band Rilo Kiley and cuts from her solo work including the show closing “She’s Not Me” from her 2014 Adams-produced LP Voyager, which he came out to add guitar to.
