Rocking The Docks returns to the Lewes Ferry Grounds in Lewes, Delaware for its Summer 2026 concert series, bringing nationally touring artists to a waterfront outdoor setting on Coastal Delaware. The series runs through late August, with shows spanning jam, funk, blues, roots, soul, tribute and more.
Coastal Delaware isn’t traditionally viewed as a touring hotspot, but Rocking The Docks is aiming to change that. The series works to bring acts to the region that fans would otherwise have to travel to see. The waterfront setting, sunset views and family-friendly atmosphere give the series a character distinct from large-scale festivals, prioritizing curated, intimate experiences over scale.
Located at 43 Cape Henlopen Drive on the Lewes waterfront, Rocking The Docks opens its 2026 season with a benefit show on June 7 will be headlined by The Funsters and Eddie 9V will perform a concert on June 11.
The Rolling Together Revue featuring G. Love, Donavon Frankenreiter and Moon Taxi comes to the waterfront on June 21, followed by Keller Williams on June 25 and Bumpin Uglies on June 26. Daniel Donato’s Cosmic Country (originally scheduled for May 23) will perform on June 30.
July 2 brings a benefit show for the DE250 celebration featuring Fleetwood Macked, billed as the ultimate tribute to Fleetwood Mac and then Amish Outlaws perform on July 8. A run of shows featuring Dogs In A Pile on July 12, Umphrey’s McGee on July 19, Eggy on July 26, and The Dip on July 28 closes out the month.
August opens with The California Honeydrops on August 4, followed by The 502s on August 7. Melvin Seals & JGB play two nights on August 12 and 13.
The Summer Blues Fest featuring The Record Company with Lower Case Blues and Sweet Leda takes place on August 15. Pink Talking Fish plays August 20, and Ripe closes the season August 27.
The series offers general admission and VIP options, with the Patron VIP Tent, furnished by Dewey Picnic Co., including front-of-stage access, seating, a private bar, restrooms, two sponsor drink tickets and a $10 food voucher.
Free parking is available at every show. A rotating lineup of local food trucks and a vendor market featuring regional businesses are on-site at each event.
