Robyn kicked off her Sexistential Tour in Dublin last night with a concert at 3Arena. Irish singer and musician CMAT dropped in during the encore to sing “Call Your Girlfriend” with the Swedish artist.
The Sexistential Tour marks Robyn’s first major tour since 2019. The trek takes its name from her recently released album, Sexistential. Robyn showcased songs from the LP in Dublin, along with plenty of old favorites, including “With Every Heartbeat,” “Dopamine” and “Ever Again.”
CMAT was fresh off her set at nearby Marlay Park supporting Lewis Capaldi. The crowd went wild when CMAT took the stage with Robyn for the surprise duet.
The pair performed Robyn’s beloved “Call Your Girlfriend” in the middle of the three-song encore. The electropop ballad appears on the Swede’s 2010 album Body Talk. Robyn followed the CMAT guest spot by punctuating her show with the joyous “Dancing On My Own.”
CMAT took to Instagram to share her enthusiasm about her experience on Wednesday. “When I die, scatter my ashes in the crowd over Robyn’s gig at 3Arena in Dublin,” she exclaimed. “That was the most fun I ever had in all my life!”
