Remembering Leon Russell: Collaborators & Admirers Share Condolences

Yesterday, accomplished musician Leon Russell died in his sleep at his home in Nashville at the age of 74. A highly regarded keyboardist, songwriter and arranger, Russell’s impressive resume includes his early days pioneering the Tulsa Sound, playing in the acclaimed hit-making Wrecking Crew, his contributions to scores of projects and a noteworthy solo career.
