Reid Genauer Releases ‘Angels & Alibis’ Single

Reid Genauer of Strangefolk and Assembly of Dust released “Angels & Alibis,” the title track and first single from his new album. Genauer also detailed Patreon packages in support of the LP, which includes a number of tiers in various options such as livestreamed concerts. Reid’s Patreon page is here and a new track from the LP will be unveiled through the platform each month.

Angels & Alibis was produced by Greg Loiacono of The Mother Hips with Scott Hirsch handling mixing and engineering duties. Reid wrote each of the 12 songs on the LP, his third solo album.

Genauer asked Loiacono to assemble a band of “excellent players with big hearts” to back him on Angels & Alibis. Greg came through as Reid is joined on the LP by Loiacono, drummer Jim Bogios (Counting Crows, Sheryl Crow), bassist Brian Rashap (The Mother Hips) and keyboardist Danny Eisenberg (Shelby Lynn, Jonathan Richman,The Mother Hips).
