Prophets Of Rage Share New Single ‘Prophets Of Rage’

Supergroup Prophets Of Rage have shared a single of their upcoming new EP. The song – “Prophets Of Rage” – will also be performed on Jimmy Kimmel Live! next week.

Tomorrow, the band featuring Rage Against The Machine’s Tom Morello, Tim Commerford and Brad Wilk and frontmen B-Real of Cypress Hill and Chuck D of Public Enemy along with DJ Lord will appear at the Agora Ballroom in Cleveland to coincide with the start of the Republican National Convention being held nearby. The collective will then appear Monday, July 25 as musical guests on Jimmy Kimmel Live! where they’ll play the newly debuted single. A tour will commence in August and run nationwide through mid-October.

Produced by Brendan O’Brien, the new single is a re-working of the classic Public Enemy track of the same title. It includes new lyrics penned by B-Real and can be streamed here:
