Pro-Shot Video: Yonder Mountain String Band Welcomes Guests Galore For ‘Traffic Jam’

Back in July, jamgrass act Yonder Mountain String Band headlined this year’s installment of the Northwest String Summit at Horning’s Hideout in North Plains, Oregon. The band played all three nights of the event and have rolled out professionally shot video of their guest-filled second set closer from Friday, July 15.
Yonder Mountain String Band ended their second set on the 15th with a version of “Traffic Jam” that included a number of guests. The five-piece was joined by Anders Beck of Greensky Bluegrass on dobro, Jon Stickley on guitar and Andy Thorn of Leftover Salmon on banjo. Yet it was the group’s own Allie Kral who stole the show with a smoking fiddle solo. Watch the 13-minute “Traffic Jam” from Northwest String Summit ’16:
