By Andy Kahn Feb 6, 2017 • 1:11 pm PST

Last year alt-rocker Mike Doughty stopped by Seattle-based radio station KEXP for an in-studio performance. The solo session saw Doughty alone on guitar performing four songs during the set that went down on November 15, 2016, officially shot video of which has been shared.
Doughty offered up three songs from his 2016 LP The Heart Watches While The Brain Burns, including “Wait! You’ll Find a Better Way” which he explained to host John Richards was partly inspired by Marc Maron, as well as “Sad Girl Walking In The Rain” and “I Can’t Believe I Found You In That Town.” Doughty also played the Soul Coughing tune “Lazybones.”
