The 2017 installment of Mountain Music Festival was held earlier this month at ACE Adventure Resort in Minden, West Virginia. Umphrey’s McGee headlined the jam-centric lineup which also featured North Carolina jam act Big Something. One of the highlights of BIG Something’s set was when they were joined by UM guitarist Jake Cinninger and the band has rolled out professionally-shot video of the sit-in.

BIG Something welcomed Cinninger to the stage for a rendition of “The Flood,” an original of the group’s most recent studio album, Tumbleweed. In the video below Jake shows off his shredding skills and goes toe-to-toe with EWI wiz Casey Cranford. Big Something lead guitarist Jesse Hensley also engages in a duel with Cinninger.
