Pro-Shot Full Show Video: The Disco Biscuits Kick Off Halloween Run In Worcester

By Andy Kahn Oct 27, 2017 8:42 am PDT

Last night The Disco Biscuits began their Halloween Run with the first of two shows at the Worcester Palladium in Worcester, Massachusetts. Opening night featured the quartet mixing rarities with well established originals, capped by a three song encore.

Bisco’s first set of their Halloween Run was built upon rarely played songs as they opened with a performance of “Grass Is Green” that had “Minions” played within. Next came just the 11th offering of the recently reintroduced “Loose Change.” The five song set wrapped with setlist staple “Confrontation” opening up into “Gangster” before a return to “Confrontation.”

The four song second set made up of longtime favorites saw the tDB fit unfinished offerings of “Voices Insane” and “Astronaut” inside the opening “Munchkin Invasion.” The quartet wrapped up the second half with “Reactor” and returned for a three song encore started by “Once The Fiddle Paid.” The show ended with classics “M.E.M.P.H.I.S.” and “Spacebirdmatingcall.” Bisco returns to the Worcester Palladium tonight (a free webcast is once again available) before heading to Florida for an appearance Saturday at Suwannee Hulaween.
