Pro-Shot Full Show Video: The Disco Biscuits Conclude 2017 Halloween Run In Worcester

Jamtronica pioneers The Disco Biscuits played their second of two consecutive shows at the Palladium in Worcester on Friday night to bring the run to a close ahead of a performance at Suwannee Hulaween on Saturday night. The Biscuits delivered a pair of improv-heavy sets for devotees and pro-shot full show video of the entire performance can be viewed below.

Friday’s first set saw the Disco Biscuits fit just three songs into a 69-minute performance. Up first was a wild “Crystal Ball” > “Mulberry’s Dream” > “Crystal Ball” sequence featuring an inverted “Mulberry’s Dream.” The Disco Biscuits ended the frame with a “Therapy” complete with teases of “Sweet Dreams (Are Made Of This)” by Eurythmics. Last night’s closing stanza began with an unfinished “Triumph” that tDB segued into the middle of “Save The Robots.” Bisco then jammed on the theme from NetFlix series Stranger Things ahead of the end of “Save The Robots.”

Another highlight of the evening was an adventurous “Spraypaint Victory” suite.” The quartet worked “Spraypaint” into their second ever version of the recently debuted Donna Summer cover “I Feel Love,” which in turn landed on “Tempest” and back again before Bisco returned to conclude “Spraypaint.” Classic “And The Ladies Were The Rest Of Night” served as encore.

The Disco Biscuits play a late night set at Hulaween on Saturday.
