Primus announced new dates in 2022 for A Tribute To Kings tour stops postponed last month after a member of the band’s touring party tested positive for COVID-19. The trio will bring their run featuring a complete performance of Rush’s A Farewell To Kings album at each stop to Kansas City and Cedar Rapids (Iowa) next April and to Milwaukee next June.

Kansas City’s Grinder’s will host Primus on April 20. The three-piece consisting of bassist Les Claypool, guitarist Larry LaLonde and drummer Tim “Herb” Alexander will then play McGrath Amphitheatre in Cedar Rapids on April 22. Additionally, Primus will perform at BMO Harris Bradley Pavilion in Milwaukee on June 2.

The trio already had 2022 concerts on the books for New Orleans on April 27 and Las Vegas on June 25. Primus revealed more A Tribute To Kings tour dates will be announced soon, including shows in “several Canadian cities.”

Tickets for the original dates will be honored on the new dates. Additional tickets for Primus’ 2022 visits to Kansas City, Cedar Rapids and Milwaukee are on sale now. Check out the listings below for links.
