Phish Given Longest Slot At New Orleans Jazz Fest 2014

Phish has been given the longest slot of any Jazz Fest ’14 performer as they are slated to close out the Acura Stage on Saturday, April 26 from 4 to 7 p.m. Anders Osborne will play the Acura Stage before the Vermonters. Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band, another act known for their marathon shows, will close out the Acura Stage on Saturday, May 3 from 5:10 p.m. to 7 p.m. String Cheese Incident has the honor of closing out the Acura Stage on Thursday, May 1 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Local heroes Trombone Shorty & Orleans Ave. bring the music at the Fairgrounds to an end on Sunday, May 4 from 5:45 to 7 p.m.
Eric Clapton, Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band, Phish, Santana, Arcade Fire, Aaron Neville, The String Cheese Incident and Anders Osborne are just a few of the JamBase favorites set to play the Fairgrounds either between April 25 and May 4. Tickets are available via Ticketmaster.
