The Road To 100: Phish Locks In 2026 New Year’s Eve Run At Madison Square Garden

Phish will ring in 2027 at Madison Square Garden, where the band’s four-night 2026 New Year’s Eve Run will culminate with its 100th concert at the famed New York City arena. The quartet will perform on December 30 and 31, 2026, as well as January 1 and 2, 2027.

The shows will be Phish’s 97th through 100th at MSG, where the band first played on December 30, 1994. Trey Anastasio, Mike Gordon, Page McConnell and Jon Fishman have held New Year’s Eve runs at The Garden each year since 2010 except for 2014, when the band performed in Miami, and the pandemic years of 2020 and 2021. Phish also celebrated New Year’s Eve at MSG in 1995, 1997, 1998 and 2002.

Phish’s New Year’s Eve runs at MSG have typically started on December 28. This year’s stand begins two days later because the New York Rangers host the Detroit Red Wings at The Garden on December 29.

The band reached 96 MSG appearances during a five-night run this past July. Each show was presented around the corresponding year in Phish history, beginning with a 1992-themed concert for No. 92 and ending with a 1996-themed show for No. 96.

Registration for a pre-sale ticket lottery is currently underway through Phish Ticketing. Entries must be received by Monday, October 12 at 12 p.m. ET. A limited allotment of hotel/ticket travel packages go on sale Thursday, October 8 at 12 p.m. ET.

Phish 2026 New Year’s Eve Run tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday, October 16 at 12 p.m. ET.
