Philadelphia Gets Primed: Primus Plays Festival Pier – Photos, Video & Setlist

Acclaimed rockers Primus continued a co-headlining tour with Clutch on Saturday night in Philadelphia. Les Claypool & Co. focused on classic material at Festival Pier at Penn’s Landing over the course of their 11-song set including such fan favorites as “Mr. Krinkle,” “My Name Is Mud” and “Jerry Was A Race Car” driver. The encore featured the trio’s newest song, “Seven” which two days later was picked as the first single off the forthcoming The Desaturing Seven. Primus then ended the concert with “Frizzle Fry.” Photographer Meredith Kleiber captured Primus in action:
