Phil Lesh To Perform With Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe At Terrapin Crossroads

Last week, saxophonist Karl Denson played his first full show with Phil Lesh & Friends at Terrapin Crossroads in San Rafael, California. Later this summer the Grateful Dead bassist will return the favor at the same venue.
Phil Lesh will be Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe‘s special guest at Terrapin Crossroads in San Rafael, California on September 4. Tickets are expected to be available via the venue’s online store for $30 each. The Rolling Stones’ saxophonist is currently joined in Tiny Universe by Richmond guitarist DJ Williams, Soulive drummer Alan Evans, The Greyboy Allstars bassist Chris Stillwell, Crush Effect’s David Veith on the keys, Seattle’s Chris Littlefield on trumpet and ace slide and lap steel guitarist Seth Freeman.
In other Phil Lesh/Terrapin Crossroads news, tickets are now available via the venue’s online store for Phil Lesh & Friends’ tribute to the year 1992 in Grateful Dead history. Phil will be joined by Stu Allen, Grahame Lesh, Scott Guberman, Ezra Lipp and Alex Koford to re-create a GD show from 1992 on Tuesday, August 16.
