While the initial lineup for the 2018 Summer Camp Music Festival is due on Thursday, December 21; today organizers shared big news about what’s in store. Phil Lesh and Grahame Lesh will join traditional headliners moe. and Umphrey’s McGee, atop the lineup.
The Grateful Dead bassist will play Summer Camp with The Terrapin Family Band, which features Grahame on guitar. Summer Camp revealed the news via a clever video featuring moe.’s Al Schnier and Vinnie Amico filmed during the recent Everyone Love Terrapin shows at Phil’s Terrapin Crossroads venue in San Rafael, California. moe.’s last performance was a Phil.moe set at Lockn’ featuring Phil standing in for Rob Derhak.
