Pearl Jam was supposed to play Wiener Stadthalle in Vienna tonight before the coronavirus COVID-19 led to a pause in live music. The band rolled out professionally-shot video of “Hail Hail” from their last visit to the Austrian capital.

On June 25, 2014, Pearl Jam played a 35-song concert at Stadthalle. The evening’s main set included the tour debut of “Hail Hail,” an original with lyrics penned by frontman Eddie Vedder featuring music co-written by guitarists Stone Gossard and Mike McCready and bassist Jeff Ament. Pearl Jam originally released “Hail Hail” on their 1996 studio album, No Code.
