Last night Paul McCartney brought his One On One Tour to Philadelphia for a concert at Citizens Bank Park. The founding member of The Beatles stopped his show during the encore to bring to local fans to the stage for a wedding proposal.

Paul began the encore with “Yesterday” and “Hi, Hi, Hi” before pausing to bring up fans who were holding signs at the show, After commending a woman who was at her 25th concert, McCartney welcomed a pair of local Philly fans to the stage who had held signs indicating their willingness to get engaged.

Paul instructed Dylan to get “Down on your knee boy” and after following his command and asking Marissa to be his wife, McCartney then told the crowd “She said yes!” and “Good luck to them, right?” McCartney then dedicated a subsequent performance of “Birthday” to anyone celebrating their birthday which can be seen along with the proposal in the audience-shot video posted by Steve Easton.
