Paul McCartney Announces YouTube Concert Webcast

Paul McCartney will celebrate this Friday’s release of his new solo album Egypt Station with a “secret concert” in New York City. The performance will be webcast live for free on McCartney’s YouTube channel.

The YouTube Original livestream will begin at 8 p.m. ET on Friday, September 7. McCartney is expected to perform songs from Egypt Station “alongside classics from his Beatles, Wings and solo catalogues.” The venue for Friday’s concert has not been revealed.
