Paul McCartney Announces Columbus Show

Paul McCartney has confirmed a new concert date in Columbus, Ohio at Nationwide Arena on October 13. The arena gig is the latest addition to the former member of The Beatles’ Out There world tour. The new date is the second live appearance currently on Sir Paul’s tour schedule, joining an October 17 performance in Toronto at Air Canada Centre. The Nationwide Arena concert will take place nearly 10 years to the day since the last time McCartney performed in the capital city. McCartney is expected to be joined by bandmates Paul “Wix” Wickens on keyboards, Brian Ray on bass and guitar, Rusty Anderson on guitar and Abe Laboriel Jr. on drums.

Those registered on McCartney’s official website no later than 8 a.m. ET on Thursday, August 27 are eligible to purchase pre-sale tickets for the Nationwide Arena show via Paul’s website. General on sale begins Monday, August 31at 10 a.m. ET.
