Particle | Free Download & Molitz Birthday Show

Earlier this year Particle embarked on their first extensive tour in the better part of a decade. The group hit the road with a new lineup and material. Particle has just released a live multi-track recording of a new song titled “Ridin’ High.” The song emerged from various improvisational electrofunk jams during the group’s spring jaunt, and it evolved into a synth-driven, sample-heavy staple at most recent shows. An expansive, 11-minute live version of “Ridin’ High” is available exclusively as a free download when you “like” Particle’s Facebook page.

In other Particle news, the band will celebrate keyboardist Steve Molitz’s birthday on September 12 at Garcia’s in Port Chester, NY. Look for “special surprise guests” to share the stage with Particle throughout the evening. Tickets are available via the venue’s website.
