Holy Holy, a group featuring Woody Woodmansey and Tony Visconti, has announced a series of shows in which they’ll perform David Bowie’s album The Rise And Fall Of Ziggy Stardust And The Spiders From Mars in its entirety. The three shows will take place in the U.K. next spring.
Woodmansey was the drummer on Bowie’s 1972 landmark LP that will be performed in full by Holy Holy. Visconti and Bowie collaborated on many projects throughout the late legendary performer’s career, including Bowie’s final album Blackstar, which was issued days before his death earlier this year. Other members of the band include Glen Gregory, James Stevenson, Paul Cudderford, Berenice Scott, Terry Edwards and Jessica Lee Morgan.
The U.K. Ziggy shows will take place at Manchester Bridgewater Hall in Manchester on March 28, O2 Shepherds Bush Empire in London on March 30 and at Friars Aylesbury in Buckinghamshire on April 3.
