Sure, both these tracks are touch maudlin but there’s nothing like religious holidays to bring out the teary-eyed ruminator lurking within most of us. With utmost respect for those of faith (and those seeking it), we share these seasonal offerings in the spirit of renewal and resilience.

The simply titled tune remains an audience moving staple in Marillion‘s catalog. While it’s easy to mock sincerity, there’s something just lovely about how this tears away at apathy and cynicism, taking the word ‘Easter’ more as universal metaphor than anything specifically religious.
