Norah Jones Shares Pro-Shot Video Of ‘Black Hole Sun’ Tribute To Chris Cornell

As reported, songstress Norah Jones unveiled a gorgeous tribute to Chris Cornell last Tuesday on the same stage that hosted Cornell’s last performance. Norah Jones has since shared professionally-shot video of her solo piano rendition of “Black Hole Sun” from May 23 at the Fox Theatre in Detroit.

While Norah was backed by her band for most of the evening, her debut cover of “Black Hole Sun” featured just the vocalist and a piano. Jones deconstructed one of Cornell’s signature songs in a beautiful and stirring way as she built the chorus to a crescendo. Kudos to Norah on the impressive interpretation of “Black Hole Sun.”
