Mountain Jam Announces Train Led Zeppelin Tribute & Daily Lineups

The 2016 installment of Mountain Jam will take place at Hunter Mountain in Hunter, New York June 2 – 5. Today, festival organizers have detailed the daily lineups for this year’s event and have revealed Train will pay tribute to Led Zeppelin at Mountain Jam ’16.
Train has joined the lineup and will perform Led Zeppelin II in its entirety on Thursday, June 2. “Wanting to honor our favorite band, we decided to record our favorite Led Zeppelin record,” said the band. “Being able to perform it live is the ultimate feeling for us as fans.” Previous Led Zeppelin covers performed by Train include “Ramble On” and “Whole Lotta Love.” Watch Train cover “Ramble On”:
Beck, Wilco, Gov’t Mule, The Avett Brothers, Umphrey’s McGee, Michael Franti & Spearhead, Thievery Corporation, Jason Isbell and the Chris Robinson Brotherhood are just some of the acts scheduled to play Mountain Jam ’16. Tickets are available via the festival’s website and now includes single-day passes.
