Mountain Grass Unit Plots Dog’s Out The Cage Tour 2026
The tour will see the quartet performing across the United States in January and April.

Mountain Grass Unit plotted their 2026 Dog’s Out The Cage Tour. The band booked headlining dates and co-bills with fellow acoustic string bands, Kitchen Dwellers and The Infamous Stringdusters.
The Dog’s Out The Cage Tour gets rolling on January 15 in Lexington, Kentucky. The initial run in January will see the Mountain Grass Unit join Kitchen Dwellers for a show in Denver on January 24 and will accompany The Infamous Stringdusters for shows in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and Cincinnati in late January.
Mountain Grass Unit will also appear at the WinterWonderGrass festival in Steamboat Springs, Colorado over the last weekend in February. The quartet will resume the Dog’s Out The Cage Tour in April with additional stops in South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Florida and Alabama.
Following a series of presale opportunities tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday, October 17 at 10 a.m. local venue time.
