Colorado’s own The Motet will headline the iconic Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, Colorado for the third year in a row in 2017. The funk act will play Red Rocks on Friday, June 2 with support from Jurassic 5 and The California Honeydrops.
The Motet’s 2017 Red Rocks show comes after they teamed with Lettuce to play the venue in 2015 and Vulfpeck and Medeski, Martin and Wood for a performance earlier this year. In addition to the Red Rocks gig, The Motet have announced a St. Patrick’s Day concert at the Fox Theatre in Boulder, Colorado on March 17 as part of the venue’s 25th anniversary.
A pre-sale for the Red Rocks show begins Wednesday, December 14 at 10 a.m. MT. Tickets for The Motet at The Fox will only be available as part of two-day packages with Red Rocks tickets. In January, JamBase Presents The Motet Winter Tour begins.
