The Black Crowes concluded a four-show run of acoustic shows at the Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, NY last night with even more cover debuts and some help from their friends.

The Crowes kicked off the show with their first cover of “Let It Bleed” by The Rolling Stones since 2006. Three songs into the set, Chris Robinson and Co. debuted a cover of “I’m A Pilgrim” by The Byrds. Later in the evening Jackie Greene offered his first solo song of the tour as he delivered his own “Gone Wanderin’.” Rich and Chris Robinson each took a turn in the solo spotlight on “All Along The Way” and “Someday Past The Sunset” respectively. As part of a three-song encore, the Crowes debuted their version of “Crazy Face” by Van Morrison and dusted off a fitting cover of “Just Like Tom Thumb’s Blues” since they are off to Terminal 5 in New York City for the electric portion of their visit to the NYC area. Otto Hauser, Sam Bush and Larry Campbell were the Crowes’ guests for the Cap Finale.
