Modest Mouse released the studio version of “Look How Far,” a song they’ve been performing at recent shows. The band accompanied their first new studio track since their 2021 album The Golden Casket with a fresh batch of summer tour dates.

Former Sleater-Kinney drummer Janet Weiss appears on “Look How Far…,” as noted by Stereogum. Frontman Isaac Brock is in fine voice throughout the bombastic single, belting out such gripping lyrics as “Look how far we’ve come / oh my god we’re so fucking dumb.”
