Mike Gordon & Leo Kottke Tease New Music

Phish bassist Mike Gordon took to his social feeds to share a brief clip in which he’s rehearsing with acclaimed guitarist Leo Kottke. A note from SiriusXM’s Phish Radio revealed “If you’re looking for more Mike Gordon and Leo Kottke it would be a good idea to tune into Phish Radio today at 6 p.m. ET.”

Mike and Leo collaborated on the 2002 studio album Clone. Then, the pair released Sixty Six Steps in 2005. Both Gordon and Kottke confirmed they were working on the follow-up to Sixty Six Steps in interviews over the past few years. Then, in 2019, Mike shared the photo above of the pair together dubbed “Studio daze.”
