Twiddle frontman Mihali shared the new single “Greater Escape” via Ineffable Records. Mihali’s second new track of 2022 is a collaboration with The Movement and The Elovaters.

“Greater Escape” features verses from both Josh Swain of The Movement and The Elovaters’ Jackson Weatherbee. The reggae-tinged track was produced by Nathan Aurora (Iya Terra) with E.N. Young handling mixing and mastering duties. Mihali previously worked with the pair on “Maplewood,” a single released last month.

The Vermont-based musician wrote the new song about finding joy despite life’s difficulties. Mihali shared the following regarding “Greater Escape”:

“I think life can get really overwhelming sometimes. It can start to feel like everything is just piling up into a huge mountain of stress sitting on top of your sun-burned shoulders. ‘Greater Escape’ is about taking a much-needed reset in times like these. It’s about spending a little time in your happy place, wherever and whatever that may be.”

“I was beyond stoked when Mihali hit me up to be a guest feature on his new fire track ‘Greater Escape.’ His writing style is so diverse and I love being a part of it,” added Weatherbee. “Just the way the song starts, you know it’s gonna be a banger. You can really feel Nate’s influence on the mix there,” stated Swain.
