Midnight North To Play Stripped-Down Session For Paste Magazine

Today (Tuesday, August 1) Paste Magazine will host Americana act Midnight North for a stripped-down session at the publication’s New York City studios. Midnight North is expected to play originals and celebrate Jerry Garcia’s 75th birthday with some of Garcia’s songs. Head to Paste’s Facebook page at 4 p.m. ET to watch live.
https://twitter.com/MidnightNorth/status/892416671637549057As reported Midnight North was joined by Grateful Dead bassist (and MN guitarist Grahame Lesh’s father) Phil Lesh for part of their set at Twiddle’s Tumble Down festival in Burlington, Vermont on Friday afternoon. Midnight North’s Tumble Down set also featured guest appearances from Twiddle’s Mihali Savoulidis and Ryan Dempsey. Mihali added to “Under The Lights” and “Over Land & Sea” and stayed on stage as Phil also contributed to “Greene County” and “The Harder They Come.” Phil, Mihali and Ryan helped Midnight North close out their performance with “Roamin’.”
