MerleFest 2021: Tedeschi Trucks, Melissa Etheridge, Mavis Staples & More

MerleFest organizers announced the first round of the 2021 lineup including Tedeschi Trucks, Melissa Etheridge and Mavis Staples. This year’s festival will take place on the campus of Wilkes Community College in Wilkesboro, North Carolina September 16 – 19.

LeAnn Rimes, Sam Bush, Donna The Buffalo, Scythian and The Waybacks top off MerleFest’s first round of lineup announcements. Many additional acts will be revealed in the coming weeks. Donna The Buffalo will perform all four days with Scythian set to play three days and The Waybacks aboard for two.

MerleFest is usually held in April. Organizers rescheduled this year's event due to the pandemic and expect the festival to return to its traditional April weekend in 2022.

Tickets go on sale June 10.
