Mastodon will celebrate the 10th-anniversary of their 2009 breakthrough album Crack The Syke during their summer co-headlining run with Coheed and Cambria. The metal band will perform the LP in its entirety, every night for the first time since 2010.

“Back in the summer of 2008 when we finished recording our 5th full length album Crack the Skye, we felt like we had created something very special,” shared Brann Dailor. “That is why, to celebrate the 10 year anniversary of one of our proudest moments, we decided to take it out on tour and play it start to finish along with some other golden oldies of course. We can’t wait to see all of you on tour so we can celebrate Crack the Skye’s birthday together!!”

The 26-date joint Unheavenly Skye Tour kicks off on May 28 at the Iroquois Amphitheater in Louisville and wraps on July 3 in Irving, Texas at The Pavilion/Toyota Music Factory. In between the liked-minded acts will bring the run to the likes of Asbury Park, Boston, New York City, Pittsburgh, Chicago, Detroit, Denver, Seattle, Portland, San Francisco and Los Angeles.
