Marfa Myths Announces Initial 2019 Lineup

Multidisciplinary festival Marfa Myths returns to Marfa, Texas for its sixth annual installment April 25 – 28, 2019. Organizers Mexican Summer and Ballroom Marfa announced the lineup for the 2019 event. Marfa Myths “is known for bringing together a diverse range of emerging and established artists working creatively and collaboratively across music, film, and the visual arts” as per press materials, which also includes word comedy will be introduced to the program next year.

Khruangbin, OG Ron C & The Chopstars, Jon Bap and Money Chicha are among the Texas-based acts set to perform in Marfa next April. Other artists aboard for Marfa Myths 2019 include Deerhunter, Nadah El Shazly, Cass McCombs, Photay, Emily A. Sprague, Jess Williamson, Annette Peacock, Träd, Gräs och Stenar, Vivien Goldman and The Space Lady. Look for additional artists to be added early next year.
