Mapache shared a new single, “They Don’t Know At The Beach.” The song is set to land on the Los Angeles-based duo’s new album, Roscoe’s Dream, due out via Innovative Leisure/Calico Discos on June 10.

Mapache — Sam Blasucci and Clay Finch — announced Roscoe’s Dream earlier this month. The title is an ode to the duo’s Boston Terrier Roscoe and they heralded the LP with the aptly titled lead single, “I Love My Dog.”

Blasucci and Finch now follow with “They Don’t Know At The Beach.” “It’s a stoned and conspiratorial love song,” press materials for the track noted, “that unfolds with the sunburnt beauty of a Beach Boys ballad as it weaves a romantic tale of two lovers on the run from the FBI, perfect for soundtracking the most tender moments of a Pynchon novel or a lazy afternoon spent by a pool positing your latest theories on extraterrestrials.”

“They Don’t Know At The Beach” arrived with an accompanying visual which features live footage of Mapache performing at L.A.’s Lodge Room in Highland Park. Watch it below:
