Luke Combs Covers Alex Warren’s ‘Ordinary’ At Record-Breaking Las Vegas Tour Opener

Luke Combs made history on Saturday when he kicked off his My Kinda Saturday Night Tour at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. The country star, who worked a cover of Alex Warren's “Ordinary” into the setlist, drew 70,921 fans to set the highest single-concert attendance record for the football stadium.

The previous record holder was a September 2025 boxing match between Canelo Álvarez and Terence Crawford, which brought in 70,482 attendees as per the Las Vegas Review-Journal. Combs’ concert was also seen by more people in person than each show of Taylor Swift’s The Eras Tour visit to Allegiant Stadium in 2023 and Super Bowl LVIII in 2024.

Luke Combs took the in-the-round stage in Las Vegas one day after releasing his highly anticipated sixth studio album, The Way I Am. The 28-song setlist featured seven tracks from the LP, including live debuts of “Tell ‘Em About Tonight,” “Sleepless In A Hotel Room” and “Be By You.”

After performing a medley of “Crazy Train,” “She Will Be Loved,” “Billie Jean,” “I Don’t Wanna A Miss A Thing” and “Something Like That” late in the show, Combs unveiled his version of “Ordinary.” Alex Warren’s 2025 song topped the charts on both sides of the Atlantic and many other countries. Luke Combs teamed with Alex Warren at Lollapalooza 2025 for a joint performance of “Ordinary” and a subsequent take on “She Got The Best Of Me.”

Combs closed out his main set in Vegas with fan favorites “Cold As You,” “When It Rains It Pours,” “1, 2 Many” and “Beer Never Broke My Heart.” He began the encore with his beloved cover of Tracy Chapman’s “Fast Car” and wrapped the concert with performances of “Where The Wild Things Are” and “Ain’t No Love In Oklahoma.”
